CNC Seal Machining Systems

Ank Swift CNC systems are suitable for manufacturing seals of upto 700 mm outer diameter. The machines are very simple in design and has a low maintenance cost. It consists of a 3- Jaw manual Chuck with special Aluminum jaws to hold and turn elastomers without damaging the bar stock. They also consist of a 8 station disc turret for rapid tool change. The Ank Swift systems also come equipped with a seal manufacturing software and laptop. As an option the machine can also equipped with a chip cutter and suction unit for easy and quick removal of elastomer shavings generated while machining.
